- ?I don’t live in the country I want to buy in. Does that break this?
- Here it is the normal case, not the exception. Buying across a border changes your financing, your tax and your management structure: we design around those three from the first session, instead of discovering them at closing.
- ?How much capital do I need to start?
- Below about €60,000 of your own capital it gets hard to make the numbers work in a decent market, once you count reserves and purchase costs. It isn’t a rule, it’s what I observe. The call sizes your situation instead of quoting a headline figure.
- ?How passive is passive, honestly?
- Two to four hours a month once the system is in place, and considerably more than that for your first two deals. Anyone selling you zero is selling you something else.
- ?I already own property. Will this be too basic?
- Slightly over half the people I work with already hold a portfolio. The work is usually structure, financing and getting it to run without them — not finding a first deal.
- ?Is any of this financial advice?
- No. I teach a process and review your work; every decision and every signature stays yours. None of this is investment, tax or legal advice, and you should take local professional advice before you buy.
- ?What actually happens on the call?
- 45 minutes. We go through what you own, what you want it to pay you, and whether mentorship is the right route — including when it isn’t. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you what is.
