Purpose
This site provides information about education and mentorship services in income-producing real estate investment, and allows visitors to request an assessment call or access training material.
The services described are educational. They consist of teaching a method of underwriting and reviewing the student’s own work.
What this service is not
Nothing published on this site, and none of the services offered, constitutes investment advice, personalised financial advice, tax advice or legal advice.
No third-party portfolios are managed, no financial instruments are marketed, no offers of securities or participations are made, and no capital is raised for investment vehicles, whether our own or anyone else’s. The owner is not registered as an investment adviser with any authority, nor is such registration required for the educational services described here.
Every purchase, financing and sale decision, and every signature that gives effect to it, rests solely with the student or client. Independent local tax and legal advice should be taken before any transaction.
Risk and results
Real estate investment carries risk, including the total or partial loss of the capital invested, illiquidity, and changes in financing conditions.
The results shown on this site, both mine and those of students, are individual cases. They are not typical, not promised and not guaranteed. No past result is a guide to future results.
The figures in the deal sheet on the homepage correspond to a real transaction with rounded amounts, and are published as an illustration of the underwriting method — not as an offer or an expectation of return.
Intellectual property
The texts, training materials, spreadsheet models, templates and other content of this site and of the programs are protected by intellectual property law.
Access to a program grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. It does not authorise reproducing, distributing, communicating publicly or commercialising the materials, in whole or in part.
Liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep the published information accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated — particularly on tax and regulatory matters, which change often and vary by country.
No liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of information on this site, nor for the content of third-party sites that may be linked.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the state in which the company is formed.
If you are contracting as a consumer from another country, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence.
