Privacy policy
What data this site collects, what for, where it is processed, and how to exercise your rights over it.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Data controller
Real Estate Mentor, a limited liability company formed in the United States. Contact address: hola@realestatementorllc.com.
For anything about this policy or about your data, that address is the direct channel.
What data is collected
Only what you provide voluntarily. In practice, one thing: the email address you enter to receive the free training.
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. There are no tracking pixels, no heatmaps and no ad network. Fonts are served from this site’s own server, so your browser makes no request to any third-party server when you visit these pages.
The server keeps technical access logs (IP address, time of request, page requested and user agent) for a maximum of thirty days, solely to keep the service running and to detect abuse.
Booking a call
The scheduling buttons open the Cal.com calendar (Cal.com, Inc.). The widget is not downloaded when the page opens: it loads only at the moment you press one of those buttons. Until then your browser has contacted no server other than this site’s.
From that click onwards, whatever you enter in the booking form — name, email, time zone and the answers to the screening questions — is received by Cal.com as a processor and synced to the controller’s calendar. Cal.com may set its own technical cookies, needed to complete the booking.
If you would rather not load that widget, write to the contact address and we will arrange the call by email.
Purpose and legal basis
The email address is used to send you the material you asked for and, subsequently, communications about deal teardowns, content and programs. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Technical logs are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in keeping the site operational and secure.
That consent can be withdrawn at any time, from the unsubscribe link in every message or by writing to the contact address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Where your data is processed
Real Estate Mentor is a United States company, so your data is processed in the United States and on the infrastructure of the providers listed below, which may sit in other countries.
If you are resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, that transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented where appropriate by the additional technical and organisational measures the rules require.
How long it is kept
The email address is kept while your subscription is active and, after unsubscribing, for as long as needed to evidence compliance with legal obligations.
Technical logs are deleted after thirty days.
Who else has access
The technology providers needed to run the service: site hosting, the email delivery platform and Cal.com for call bookings. They act as processors, under contract and solely on instructions.
Data is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It never has been, and there is no plan to.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK
This site is offered in Spanish and English and is directed, among others, at people resident in the European Union. That is why the General Data Protection Regulation applies even though the controller is established in the United States.
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, as well as restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. Write to the contact address stating which right you wish to exercise; requests are answered within one month.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
If you are a California resident
California law gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you and for what purposes, to request its deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
No personal information is sold, and none is shared for cross-context behavioural advertising, in the sense that law gives to both terms. To exercise any of those rights, write to the contact address.
Minors
The content of this site is directed at adults. No data is knowingly collected from minors.
Changes to this policy
Any change is published here with a new update date. If a change materially affected the processing of data already collected, it would be communicated by email before taking effect.
